Our Philosophy of Precision
The firm was founded on the principle that security should be a clear, secure, and honest process.
Kian Rahmani
Founder & CEO
Kian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Secure Hospitality Solutions, bringing a unique blend of corporate leadership and frontline expertise to the protection industry. Before entering the security sector, Kian spent nearly a decade as the Director of Operations for Extreme Fitness. This foundation in high-level sales and management allowed him to master the art of client relations and operational scaling—skills he later aligned with his transition into the corporate security world.
Kian’s approach to the industry was built from the ground up. He began his security career at the entry level as a guard, intentionally learning the "ins and outs" of the business from the field. By combining his previous management experience with a deep understanding of on-site operations, he quickly earned the trust of business owners, executives, and corporate clients through his professionalism and reliability.
What started as a specialized operation in the Greater Toronto Area has since evolved into a North American powerhouse. Under Kian’s leadership, the company expanded across Ontario and into British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Most recently, he has led the firm's expansion into the United States, establishing a strong presence in the Florida and Texas markets.
Throughout this growth, Kian has redefined modern security. While traditional firms often focus on intimidation, Kian’s background in hospitality and sales taught him that security is the first and last point of contact for a guest. He has transformed the role of personnel from a traditional "guard" into a brand ambassador, ensuring that safety and elite customer service go hand-in-hand.
